To much Sassy not enough SLIM

So I just got into these essential oils from a company called DoTerra, Please look it up. There great for everything to do with life!!! Penny Toilolo got me into this and at first I was like yeah right oils!!! She's going crazy, But I sat and listen and then really thought about it. We put so much man made crap into our bodies why not try a natural subsequent first and if that doesnt work we always have the good ol doctors:) So I said give me something to clam ShaDen down at night, So she like here this is some lavender rub it on his feet after his night time bath. So I do it and it clams him but he still doesnt sleep til 1am. I remember them saying everyone takes the oils differently, So the next night I rub it on his chest and his back. I Swear within 10 min he was out. Since then we have gotten him to sleep at 9pm. Now that he has his sleeping patterns down we dont have to use the oils, Only if we are trying to calm him down:) From then on I was like okay Im game...

DoTerra has this oil called SLIM N SASSY!!! PG guy's... Its to help you lose weight. Well they just launched a kit of shakes, terrazyme to help digest food, zendecrine to detoxify your body and of cousr the slim n sassy oil. But they also started a weight loss challenge!!! OMG, I dont care what the prize is I heard CHALLENGE I was like sign me up. So theres a bunch of us doing it. Penny-who really has not fat on her body:), Vili,Nihi, Ipo and I think lisa and her husband.

I have to say at first this was about the compitition. There goes my competitive ego rearing its ugly head, But the first couple of days I found myself changing. This is to help better my way of life. I need a change for the better and thanks to doterra Ive started it and Im glad its now and not when I have to do it because somethings wrong with me.

I will not put up my weight Cause its was down right gross!!! But I will tell you that Im on the Slim n Sassy oil, Terrazyme and doing the detox with the zendecrine. (OKAY I MIGHT BE SPELLING THE NAMES LIKE WRONG) and Ive lost 11 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks:) But now Im scared to go and look at the scale before it says you've gained it all back.lol. But Im going to milk this for all that its worth.lol. Wish me luck, the challenge ends April.
